25+ years from the shop floor to the C-suite — scaling businesses, integrating acquisitions, and building platforms across commodities, precious metals, and industrial markets.
My first job was pushing carriages at a New Hampshire grocery store at 15½ — a four-mile bike ride each way. By college I was running the store overnight while finishing an accounting degree. That is where accountability stopped being a word and became a habit.
Then two decades of institutional finance: Sempra, RBS, J.P. Morgan, and Freepoint Commodities — controller, treasury lead, and integration leadership through the 2008 crisis and three changes of ownership.
At MKS PAMP’s U.S. operations I scaled the team from 12 to 60 and revenue from ~$250M to $3 billion as COO, ran an environmental refinery as CEO of EnviroTek Global, led construction of the PAMP USA silver mint, and directed the APMEX and Bank of Nova Scotia depository transactions. Today I run Silvermine Finance & Operations, providing CFO/COO leadership to owners who need an operator, not a deck.
Engagements across copper mining, precious metals retail, trade desk build-outs, digital asset tokenization, AI localization, and CPG — U.S., Europe, and Latin America.
Scaled 12→60 people and ~$250M→$3B revenue. Built and ran a spent-carbon refinery. Construction lead for the PAMP USA silver mint. Deal lead on the APMEX acquisition and the Scotiabank depository transaction.
Joined a one-year-old startup trading house; integrated the metals & concentrates business and built the firm’s liquidity forecasting tools.
Integrated the metals business from RBS; additionally ran financial statements for J.P. Morgan Plastics LLC; supported the sale to Freepoint when the Fed restricted base-metal trading.
Promoted into the 2008 RBS acquisition; merged division finance into a global bank in the middle of the financial crisis.
Taught myself VBA and collapsed a multi-day financial statement prep process to under 40 seconds — then automated the rest of the job.
Federal audit fieldwork, then accounting ownership of 44 rental branches and two car sales lots across Maine and New Hampshire.
Hired at 15½. Worked through a corporate acquisition from the shop floor and ran the store overnight through college. The origin story.
